The lens struggles a bit at the borders on the D7000, still it's fun to use. I wish it was more affordable...

Nice review - as always
I must say that the results rather reinforce my (personal, cynical) view of the effectiveness and cost effectiveness of F/1.4 primes. You pay a huge price for that extra 'fuzz' at max aperture.
If you don't need that then the 24-70 F/2.8 is money better spent.

Then it will struggle more at the borders on the D800 :blink:
