Sorry but although intention was showing lens capabilities rather than taking good pictures, but this one doesn't work, odd harsh lighting, with blown up highlights, colors are off, DOF is MEH...

I mostly agree but in the end, I was just too bored looking further into something that was interesting to shoot at 2:1.
At 2:1 pretty much everything short of some critters is too coarse (and too dusty) - and fortunately my home is free of cockroaches ... and you don't want Australian spiders next to you either. ;-)

Well Laowa themselves posted nothing but spider photos..., opticallimits doesn't need to hire a spiders posing specialist, it's ok for us if the spider is not smiling
