The purpose of the test was to check whether flares are manageable or not. Fortunately they are. They can be quite strong, but slightly moving the sun in the frame and changing aperture made the flare (a simple ghost image of the sun) to substantially fade. You can see it in the lower right part of the frame. It's just noticeable and in case one wants it to definitely disappear, the post-processing job is quite easy.
