Be aware that the 75-300 is f6.7 at the long end. Not sure that matters; 'cept in obtaining a reasonable shutter speed. One thing that concerns me is that the 12-50 is said to be rather poor (esp at the long end) but the mtf looks to be the best of the three at the long end. Is diffraction an issue at f6.x (if so it would effect the 75-300) ?

The real world sweet spot of MFT is roughly f/4 so yes, the 12-50 and 75-300 are certainly diffraction limited already. However, f/6.3-6.7 should be generally still good (if the lens is).

It is about time that Panasonic releases the 12-35/2.8 and 35-100/2.8. MFT certainly needs more speedy lenses to exploit its potential.
