NEX flash options?
#5
An addition:

If you want to fire several flashes, do not rely on multiple slave sensors - they won't be in full sync. Instead, connect your multiplier after the single slave sensor - radio trigger will do the job, for instance.

We experimented with this stuff - my brother has NEX5, and I wanted to gain real-time flash metering with my Alpha DSLR.

Frankly, even though the setup definitely works, low reliability of Chinese sensors and triggers just made me give up. My brother had no such choice though. Try to find accessories of reasonable quality.

Regards,

Oleg.

I'm afraid your only external flash option is a slave trigger with delay to ignore the preflash.

Then, attach to it a flash with thyristor sensor, and you are more or less set.

Or do save for NEX7 <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Smile' />.
