Interesting conclusion, according to Robin Wong the 60mm M.Zuiko outperforms the 50mm Zuiko at apertures up to f/5.6 ("it was evident that the 60mm F2.8 lens is sharper than the 50mm F2 lens, perhaps by a small margin, but the difference was visible, and there was no slight hesitation for me to have a strong impression that the 60mm was the winner")[/quote]

Ops, my bad, all those "corporate" pro-olympus bloggers look the same to me, <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Big Grin' /> I meant Potka's review, not Wong's: http://www.pekkapotka.com/journal/2012/1...macro.html

His test shots showed that 50/2 is better than 60/2.8 at all apertures. Then the lenstip review was published and their measurements also confirmed that edges are significantly worse than the center. And all the reviews of 50/2 (lenstip, dpreview and a few others I've seen) praised it as one of the best macro lenses ever and all showed that edge resolution is very close to the center resolution and both are excellent pretty much straight from f/2.
