Olympus 75 f1.8 rattles on OMD
#1
My new Olympus 75mm f1.8 rattles on my OMD, just like the Panasonic 25mm f1.4. It seems to be louder than the latter. Anyone has same problem?

Try one of the new Sigmas for mFT, and you will feel very reassured <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Big Grin' />.

Kind regards, Wim
Gear: Canon EOS R with 3 primes and 2 zooms, 4 EF-R adapters, Canon EOS 5 (analog), 9 Canon EF primes, a lone Canon EF zoom, 2 extenders, 2 converters, tubes; Olympus OM-D 1 Mk II & Pen F with 12 primes, 6 zooms, and 3 Metabones EF-MFT adapters ....

Do you mean it rattles when you shake it, or under other conditions. There is a low level hum that comes from the OMD, more so in the still mode then video.

Does it rattle or the in-body IS ?

I have no problems rattling with the 75mm on my E-M5. I"ve had it for a couple weeks and it seems silent to me.
