Hum. They no longer list anything longer than the 58mm

Not sure I'm excited about a 28; maybe on the em-5 but then it is a little slow for 4/3; kind of wish they would introduce a fast 24 or 35.

The 90/3.5 has been discontinued just recently.

Suggested retail price for Ai-S version ~700,00 USD... I find it a bit overpriced, but nevertheless compact solutions are wellcome... Such a lens could look good on the new Fuji X-Pro1 for street photography usage...

By the way, I don't mean to change the subject but I have question... Yesterday a friend of mine gave me his old Color Skoparex 28mm f/2.8... He said he was using it on the old Rolleiflex 35mm SLR from film days. Since I like old lenses I want to give it a try but no idea about the mount. Any clues about the mount compatibility?...

Serkan, it is a "QBM" mount, proprietary to Rollei, with quite a short flange distance of 44,70mm. It's probably only adaptable to mirrorless camwera systems therefore, if focus to infinity is desired.

Bummer... even shorter than the M42... Thanks a lot Christian. I think I'll pass it to a friend who uses A-mount / EOS (if there exist suitable adapters at first place)...

I think f/8 images look very decent for such a compact WA (though, lot's of CA as expected). And also bokeh qualifies in all wide aperture shots...

Nevertheless, with that price tag it won't be easy to compete with the new Nikon 28mm f/1.8G. And there's also the good old Nikon 28mm f/2.8 AiS.
