Is this when the sharp part of the image has lines around it or something similar? I noticed this on a Panasonic DV camera i borrowed from work. I had that when in manual focus mode, and I've been hoping for it for video on the K-5 as it would make manual focusing extremely easy.
Edit:
It seems it is: http://www.luminous-landscape.com/forum/...ic=56246.0
This pretty much makes the K-01 a must for me. Both for video and photography as it only uses the screen. Long lenses with manual focus (I have the SMC Pentax A 400mm f/5.6, SMC Pentax A 50mm f/1.4, Samyang 85mm f/1.4. This will make these lenses, which I already use quite a bit, a lot more attractive to use. It will also be interesting to see how this works with my tilt/shift lens, the MC ARAX 2.8/35mm Tilt & Shift lens.
Now I really got excited about this camera <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
