It looks very good compared to the old Excel style.
I find bar charts in general to appear a bit unscientific. Especially because you cut off the MTF axis at 1000 and do not start at 0, the relative heights of the bars suggest differences larger than they are. That said, given the low sampling rate you have, there is no real alternative to bar charts; charts with just data points would look a bit empty perhaps.
