Just to mention - there's, of course, still some resolution - we defined a 3px blur as "poor". That's still sufficient to recognize coarse structures. All the micro-contrast is gone though. So "non-existing resolution" has to be seen in relation to this definition. A 3px blur is equivalent to a "local" resolution of ~2-3mp rather than 21mp. If you take a 2-3px image it'll still print great on 10x15cm. However, you don't need a DSLR for this (unless you're after shallow DOF, of course).
