They seem like nice lenses but given their speed (f2.8 and f1.8) they are also a bit pricey. A lot of folks are comparing the 50f1.8 to the otus ($4000) and it is good but not as good. Anyways not sure there is a value in a long discussion on value/price but I'm not sure I like where this is going.

PERSONALLY I have no issues with a high price IF they deliver accordingly.
