The normal UWA's have overlap (thankfully):
Nikkor 16-35mm f4 VR
Canon 17-40mm f4 USM
Canon 16-35mm f2.8 USM
Nikkor 17-35mm f2.8
Zeiss 16-35mm f2.8 SSM
Tokina 16-28mm f2.8
On APS-C SLR there are only two examples of lenses with less/no overlap (depending on which APS-C standard zoom to put them next to), the Tokina 11-16mm f2.8 DX and the Sigma 8-16mm DC.

The other UWA's that you list are for FF. They are not really UWA on APS-C. The 12-24's are 18-36 FF equivalents...to the lenses that you list.

My thoughts too. 10-24 and 55-200 covers alot. But I do 80% of my shooting with a 15mm, 28 and 58mm primes...don't need to have every single focal length available.

Well, take the Zeiss 12mm or Fuji 14mm instead. The choice is yours.

The discussion of overlap makes sense in a different perspective: other lens catalogs offer more choice and you can choose whether you want a set which overlaps or not. Indeed the overlap can be helpful (more flexibility, as sometimes you don't have to change lens), but with a price to pay (heavier). Currently with Nikon I have an overlap (12-24 + 18-70) but I'd like to go with the lighter solution without overlap as an alternative. In other words, with Fuji, I'd like to see both a 10-18 (such as Sony's) and a 24-70 or such.

Speaking of this focal length: there is a Nikon and a Tamron sharing it. And though the 24-70 lenses are full-frame, they make sense on APS-C as well when coupled with a xx-24 lens. A few people I know were using this kind of setup.If I'd been shooting Fuji, I would've taken the 10-24 + 35 + 55-200.

Regardless, they mesh well.
