I looked at two of them (F7.1 - I wouldn't stop down a lens that far).  The centre looks very sharp and detailed, though the edges are a bit of an issue.  E.g. there is quite a pronounced CA.  Who packed the JPEGs?  Camera, light room, else?  Correcting the CA should improve matters a bit me thinks.  Question is by how much.

The f/7.1 shots (e.g. the war monument & the square) look pretty decent to me but the results are somewhat inconsistent.

 

(f/7.1 is my mainstream setting for APS-C wide angle lenses)
