Exactly. Proper lenses !

Olympus is rumoured to release a 12-40 f/2.8 on its side. Nice too if somewhat a little short if true. Should be aiming at high to super high grade this time. Crossing my fingers :-)

What is a nex-5t ? Or for that matter nex-5r; isn't the nex-5n/nex-6 the current state of nex ?

I like the sound of the Zeiss 16-70 f/4. It is reminding me of the Alpha Zeiss 16-80 which I had a love-hate relationship with in the past. But the 16-80 had a certain charm on the long end missing in the Canon 15-85 I use instead now. If the 16-70 has a similar look, I could get tempted if I decide to consider mirrorless again.

Thanks. Too many models too fast too confusing. I really don't get sony - how can they make money releasing all these different models. I know internally many of them are very similar but there has to be some tooling cost overhead ?

I think it is common to bring a new entry level model every year. It's not only cosmetics. The shape of the NEX 3 changed very much and the 5 was changed a little bit. They higher level models has no revision at all yet.

AFAIK cameras are produced in batches to they have to redesigned anyway because the prices of the parts are changing. I know for example that phone displays has more than one display option so the producers can exchange them.

Anyway what is so bad about it. My NEX 5 is still working flawlessly and I see no need to update. Maybe a NEX 5 with Tri Navi and a much better sensor(working better with angular light rays) would be desirable.
