I'm new to MFT lenses and mounts. Should I buy MFT lenses for the BM Compact Cinema camera or should I continue to build my EF lens collection and get a MFT to EF adapter?
Will I lose image quality with the EF adapter? Are there strengths of MFT lenses?

Hmmmh, not sure what you're up to.
The camera is centered around movie making and movie lenses tend to be manual focus in order to support non-pumping, targeted & smooth focusing.
