I think you cannot just align the inner borders. That said, the RX1 looks really interesting, even when slightly larger than in your comparison. Probably also problematic ergonomics (can't see a nice way to change aperture and exposure time....). $1500 would be more realistic... Also, FF's biggest advantage is shallow DOF possibilities. A little bit lost (that advantage) on a 35mm f2 lens. But still, quite a nice little camera.
