I misunderstood, my fault. Anyway, yours is a good piece of information: for $30 my primary worry is that the thing falls apart just a couple of days after the warranty expires, but since you got it two years ago, it passed the test.  Smile

Nope. This thing is massive, very precise and has even stopper screws. It's copied, but from experts. Anodization is flawless, the only issue with all those copied Arca rail is, they are better in the clamps with screw.

 

So, this type will work just fine:

But here the problems begin

Same goes for genuine Arca clamps - the mixture of the plates sometimes doesn't work because the copies are not quaility controlled with a gauge.
