Thanks for the interesting review. This is a very nice kit lens, and the price is more than reasonable, especially when bought bundled with the K-5.



I think it may be worthwhile to mention that other than the weather sealing the other most obvious differences from competing (e.g. Canon/Nikon/Sony) kit lenses are the metal lens mount, included lens hood and distance scale. I'm not aware of any other kit lens that matches this level of features.

Well, it is mentioned in the introduction part.

Frankly it's not a killer feature for such a light weight lens though. :-)
