And it's cheap too (Amazon.de lists it at 150€).

Happy new year.

if I were a Sony user, I wouldn't hesitate, manual focus and aperture are no problem on a fish-eye DOF is so huge. Just use it in moderation otherwise your pictures will look too much alike.

A fisheye is one of my best purchases, since I got it, I rarely go out without it

Wish it were FF.

I have used my 8mm fisheye on full frame, and it gave me interesting pictures that if you don't mind a circular photo with black borders

Problem is, this is a circular fisheye for APS-C so I think I'll end up with something like 6 MP square images from my 24 MP sensor.

And you can easily mount emount on a7 ?

You still have the 8mm fisheye option though, in my experience you can do 1.3-1.4 crop without dark corners, more if you can live with square format, I made nice A4 prints with my 8mm fisheye on 11 MP 5D with no dark corners.

A7 has the E-mount, exactly the same thing. It's a bit confusing with Sony, isn't it?
