In silent mode there are zero vibrations

Full electronic shutter. All the sample images are also taken with full electronic shutter.

I can spot banding issues (normal) in artificial light but that's irrelevant for the test results.

 

The A7R II is quite nice indeed. The boxy shape is a bit odd - that's really more about styling rather than ergonomics but it's no showstopper. The low-light AF is still just "sort of" Ok if you want me to mention something negative.

And for the low light AF you took a fast lens or the slow zoom? DPReview found in their review the low light AF being on par (speaking of keepers) as a Nikon D750 and a Canon (forgot the type), at least when it came to AF-C with face detection. But only with fast glass - with an f/4 it was hunting.
