Hello friends, I have a Canon EOS 1500D camera. I am having a weird issue on my Windows 10 computer. When I try to connect it with computer, it does not connect. I have no idea why this happens. Has anyone else come across this issue before? Please help me friends to fix the issue.

I have no idea whether this matches your problem ... have you installed the EOS utility app?

Yes, this app has been installed to my computer. But I have resolved the issue with the help of this article. The tasks which I have done, first I the camera driver and then restarted both camera and computer. After doing the tasks properly, the problem got solved. Now I have no longer any issues while connecting the camera with computer.
