Resolution seems to be good straight from max aperture. It's a pity it doesn't have AF <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/angry.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':angry:' />

Maybe it's bad weather, but for me they look rather mediocre. Lack of clarity, contrast, colors muted and that's on D3x. Yes, resolution seems sufficient, and it would be interesting to look at well PP images.
