They seem to use Sony's E-mount and some nice looking materials. However:

"The Lunar, which is set for launch in the first quarter of 2013, will be priced circa 5000 Euros and will be available in a choice of standard models plus a variety of exclusive hand grips and precious materials on special order."

No further questions, Your Honor.

Well, maybe we'll get some nice lenses. They can keep their relabeled NEX 7.

That is pretty weird indeed. A 5000 euro Nex APS-C...

But Hasselblad was never a lens company. In their big days they used Zeiss and later Fuji. And Zeiss is already in Bed with Sony aoubt lenses for the E-mount. Not sure.

Hmm, Leica sort of does the same. They sell you a Lumix with a red dot for twice the price Panasonic does.

Yep, and I'm really surprised they obviously sell quite a few of those cameras. However, we're talking about a different price league here.

Ouch. A repackaged NEX for Leica money? Here I was hoping someone had the guts to do a modern full frame mirrorless...

I'm not sure about this. I was never in this market but I think they skipped Zeiss as lens supplier a while ago. You will not find any non-Hasselblad lenses on their website at least.

With the latest Zeiss announcements (lenses for Fuji mirrorless included) it has turned into a Swing Orgy or something. <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/blink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> This announcement is extremely weird.
