nice shot, ta - the long shadows and leafless trees make for a very peaceful picture, as it should be here -
and as A said, the spot removal pen does the job, or in the case of the grass you could also use a colour brush - by sampling the adjacent grass for colour use the brush, in colour rather than normal mode, and anything of similar luminance will turn that colour (fade back the opacity a tad + if needed, you can change the luminance of the selected colour to change darker or lighter bits, but no need here) - also, gentle use of neat image or noise ninja (or some other similar plugin) work a treat on most noisy things and are useful for a final wash and polish on most pictures
