About the "enema syringe", is it something like this link1 or link2 (with a bent front tube)? If yes, then could you explain why it is better than a normal lens blower for blowing dust of a camera sensor? Does it give stronger air blow?

I use the kind as in link1.
I can offer some advice from experience: don't leave this thing on your desk if you expect visitors, especially first-time visitors (ultimately with a medical background). You might leave a strange impression <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='
' />
These things aren't significantly better than the ones you can buy in photo stores, except they are available in different sizes (which also may result in stronger air blow) and usually cost less. At least in our local pharmacy (I think I paid around 3 EUR for mine, some while ago however).
