Sorry, Ian, I only saw the corrected photograph, I had some problems earlier trying to read and reply to posts here.
The uncorrected one shows PF, and LoCAs. It looks like the fringing around the face and mouth piece is PF, and in the fore- and background there are LoCAs. As to the fringing in the neck - I don't know what that is - could be caused by the harsh lighting and reflection of skin tone in the shadow on the skin. The spots on the saxophone lower down are PF too. The circular ones I mean. With the surrounding colour it looks a bit more reddish somehow.
