I basically think along the lines of what you and Sammy wrote. I guess I'm hoping for something like a Panasonic GX2 to address Sammy's wishlist. While I like the Panasonic menus much better than the Oly ones, I think Panasonic must really step up their game if they want to keep competing with Oly. In the very compact space, the Oly's PL5 and in the compact space the E-M5 they just have nothing to seriously compete. The Oly sensor quality alone rules out something like the GX1 (not to mention IBIS). The GH3 is just too big for me. So who knows, maybe I'll just go for an E-M5, or for maybe a GX2 if it ever materializes with an EVF ...
