I'm looking for a new lighter equipment for mountain climbing around 1,5kg
from ultra wide angle to tele (200min.. but the more, the better).
I was thinking about something with a panning mode for wide angle and/or bridge for the tele.
Bad or good idea ? wich ones ? other ideas ?
THANK YOU if you got advices !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Salut Froggy,
..::Advice Technical::..
I'm a Pentax user, so I will suggest Pentax of course!
K-30 + DA15mm + DA18-55WR + DA50-200WR <1.4kg including weather-sealed body and two weather sealed lenses. The zooms are decent, not Pentax's best lenses, but a good compromise between optics/size/practicality. There are other lighter options from Pentax if you can accept prime lenses.
Otherwise, the NEX and then the μ4/3 are the next steps down in size, and both good systems. I'm sure the others here will be able to add more details of the pros and cons of each system.
..::Advice English::..
These two important corrections will help your communication in English language forums:
numeric camera should be translated as digital camera
argentic should be translated as film
The rest of your writing should good enough for PZ (it's already better than some of the other long-time commentors... <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />/> )
