Actually an entry level D3200 with the 24mp DX sensor does not make sense to me. A D3200 with the 16mp DX sensor and a D400 (+maybe D5200) with the new 24mp DX sensor is reasonable in theory... But who knows... What Nikon did in the FX line up regarding the sensor res. was also unexpected (or unwellcome, to me at least <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='
