And DPR studio shots are taken with 50mm f1.8 "(big aperture...)" (sarcasm). The original claim was that the difference is visible at all apertures. Funny how quickly the claims have retracted to only wide open part of a "big aperture" lens.
There have been dozens of images with the E-mount 50mm 1.8 on DPR forums and people have reported that they haven't noticed a difference in corners against 5N The *real* problem that we know exist (since 6 months after Stevehuff review) was with certain Leica M/rangefinder lenses (never with A-mount as Klaus has reported).
In any case, I dispute the whole thing, but still, Klaus should test the A77/A65 as separate cameras (my OP in this thread until you, with your canon inferiority complex), started postin your crap here.
