Well, I'm thinking of the Voigtlander 12mm f/5.6 for my use on the NEX 7. The 12mm will give you some problems but it is fairly sharp for an ultrawide - and it's small.
As for the EA-LA2 is concerned - the Zeiss 16-80mm (440g) should be decent and the Zeiss 85/1.4 is not exceedingly heavy (560g) and big either. The AF may be a bit dated but it's certainly fast enough here.
