hmm? DSLRs offer something called "focus confirmation". You will know when it is in focus. That is more accurate than the "peaking" from the Sony's, which shows quite a big DOF to be "in focus".
You can put a different focus screen in a DSLR with OVF, making for a much more powerful (fast) MF than live view with magnification options.
