Well, on a large print you will have the choice between a (potentially) higher resolution (24mp) vs better high ISO (16mp).
High ISO will only play a significant role from ISO 800 onwards ON PRINTS. On screen it would probably make a difference from ISO 400 onwards but then you will not need 24mp anyway but just 2mp.
