Yes, like the 18-55 IS mark II. THe insert also says: "Objektivkonstruktion optimiert" which probably means "costs less".
That is certainly true for the outside, where the labeling/markings are simplified. A slightly better CPU would make sense, but at the same time this
is probably also cheaper than the old one.
