Recent good and bad experiences with manufacturer service

Some updates from Sigma.



Sent in a 70-300 OS together with the 70-200 OS, AF became terribly noisy. Both were returned within a few days (good), gears of the 70-300 OS were replaced and works as expected now (good), however the 70-200 OS is still decentered (not good).



Will send it in again tomorrow (for the 4th time now).



Interesting side note: Sigma Service (Germany) requested to contact my dealer instead of them in case I'm still not happy with the lens. Yeah, sure ... that's what warranty is there for, right?
