Recent good and bad experiences with manufacturer service

After a while, another update, this time from Hapa.



Got my 50-135 back today (well, not really "mine", but the tilt-lens they sent as replacement).



Good news: successful repair, lens tube has been replaced, no more tilt, lens is sharp (not decentered!).



Bad news 1: strong backfocus. However, this time to a degree that can be corrected in camera (requires -14 on a scale of +/- 20).



Bad news 2: lens is full of dust now *sigh*



Will have to think about sending it in again ....
