I checked availability of the ZF 35/1.4 just yesterday and unfortunately cannot confirm your "everywhere" statement <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> It's not in stock at the places I usually shop, not even available directly from Zeiss (they run a web shop, too). So, at least for the next few weeks, its place in the test queue was filled with other lenses ...
It's not a low priority lens for us, but there are simply lots of other lenses with higher priority.
For this one, I would even make an exception to our rule to not accept loaners directly from the manufacturers. However, last time Klaus contacted Zeiss with such a request, he did not even get an answer. Not sure it makes sense to ask again ...
