Upon hearing "new firmware update" by their camera manufacturer... this is what you're likely to hear from the users:
Canon users: "I have never experienced this problem with mine. It's probably user error."
Nikon users: "That's fine... Canon cameras are plagued by problems too"
Pentax users: "When you have a collection of small, semi-fast primes, who needs fw updates or working cameras?"
Olympus users: "This might be just the thing I need to beat that Pentax for the 2nd last position"
Leica users: "I preferred the glow and the tonal nuances in the old firmware's installer"
Sigma users: "Wonder if this makes my camera at least as stable as Windows ME?"
Sony users: "So, how much is it going to cost me this time?"
