The lenses that can be used with the 645D are for a larger sensor by a factor 1.36, just like the lenses that can be used for the 1D are for a larger sensor by a factor 1.3. Yes, the sensor of the 645D is significantly larger than the 1D or 1Ds, but the lenses available aren't as wide-angle as for a full medium format camera, which is certainly a problem for landscapers.
