The Nikon F-mount, Sony A-mount and Pentax PK-mount versions have an automatic aperture.
The Canon mount one has a focus confirmation chip (Nikon-F mount one does not have a chip, but at least the focus confirmation of Nikon DSLR bodies can function without any knowledge of lens).
