I really think, it's nearly impossible to make Canon NOT working. A lot of apps are dedicated to this brand and tethered shooting. When other apps struggle to manage the connection to Nikon, canon shooters already have a huge choice here.

Ah right, a Windows tablet which runs real Windows software ( not that RT stuff) might work with EOS Utility. For Android Canon only makes EOS Remote, and I am suspecting it only works via WiFi.
