Some HDR I like, some I don't. It really depends on the subject and the reason for using it - does your scene exceed the DR of the camera's, do you really need to have absolutely all of the image's DR in a single shot. I've been reading through some stuff on dpreview. Not a member (yet) but I found this thread that was pretty interesting.
