While hard to tell for sure; it seems very nice. While it might not be APO; at least in that sample image the loca is not too harsh (as shown with the nikor in this thread); however the image might not be representative as there is not a lot out of focus foreground; but the flower in the lower left gives some hint that it might be quite good.

Looks to be good and sharp wide open, not APO (notice the green LoCA behind the focus plane), and appears to render very agreeable going from sharp to unsharp and also in the big blur.

 

All in all, looks like a very nice lens?
