The time difference isn't such a problem. My son is currently living in Melbourne on a two year stint for his company. We communicate using Skype AV most Sunday mornings around 9am here in London/ around 8pm in Melbourne. I'll be visiting him in March and spending some time in NZ too. I'm not crazy about taking the 5DII and heavy L lenses so I will move to a smaller lighter camera with a couple of lightish but good lenses. I would prefer to have a sensor no smaller than APSC, so will await Klaus' comments on his new Fuji.
