Yes, both will serve for the same purpose, but D5100 have a dof advantage considering the portrait shots. Besides, the new 85mm AF-S is very sharp, renders a nice bokeh and it is very affordable (for an FX lens with that speed).

OTOH, OM-D is a very nice body and I personally would like to use it instead of D5100 (but not for portraits) <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=' Wink
