Where I can I find Canon 28-105 II for Lightroom
#2
Hi Reinier,

very likely, the changes between the first and the second Make of the 28-105 USM will

not influence lensprofiles ... as you see here ...

http://www.canon.com/camera-museum/camer...m.html?p=2

http://www.canon.com/camera-museum/camer...m.html?p=2

... the optical construction is the same.

There is a change in the number of aperture blades (5 -> 7) which eventually makes a difference

for bokeh (and vignetting?).

To see, if the profile of the 24-105 is simillar to the one of the 28-105 (personally, I doubt it), you could try

PTlens ( http://www.epaperpress.com/ptlens/ ). The testversion 10 conversions ... if you convert

the same picture at 28, 35, 50, 80 and 105 with both profiles, you will see the difference or you

will see that the difference is "small enough".

Just a thought ... Rainer
