I cannot rate on hearsay nor on other people's experience - I've seen one message about this.
There's one "issue" with all Fujinons - there's almost no fixed space. At the front there's the moving focusing ring followed directly by the aperture ring. There's only a 0.5cm thick ring next to the mount which does not move. This is a bit of a problem when mounting/unmounting the lenses because you will basically always turn the rings in the process. You cannot overturn the focus ring though because it's free-floating.
