To put things in perspective -
How often would one really need to look at a 36MP image at 100% !
Interesting, yes. Fascinating, sure.
I guess it's that kind of camera though.
Surprisingly, the D800/E has most of the things the D4 has, except body and sensor.
Sharpness wise, the 800E does look a lot better. I don't know how bothering the false color is in practice.
