It seem to me that all this 16 megapixel camera have the same moire effect, nex-7 with 24 megapixel not only have obvious more resolution, but no moire at all...... Is it a possible consequence of very high resolution with only a aps-c sensor?

Well, it is that way. A different pixel pitch will show possible moire with different patterns.
